Since graduating from Manchester School of Art in July last year, Olivia has been working at Silverlining as part of the leather department; a bespoke luxury furniture company based in North Wales.

Throughout her time at Manchester the form and functions throughout her designs were a result of the continuous experimental research into combinations of traditional materials and techniques. As a composer of playful material combination, Olivia has an intuitive approach towards design which focuses on shape, colour and material.

Whilst on a spring exchange in Budapest Olivia was trained in leather; a material she grew passion for and continued to explore during her practice throughout university and is now continuing to explore within her role at Silverlining. Olivia has continued pushing the possibilities within her own craft to define the design ethos at Silverlining whilst gaining a wealth of knowledge and experience.
