My practice is a forever-changing relationship with digital imagery, to which I battle between the illusionistic and the physical.

My experimental approach within the studio, has begun to question the barriers of the dimensions of space inside and outside of the constraints of the digital screen.

I see the digital presenting itself with flat notions, that we no longer question nor revisit through the act of looking. Illusionistic depth, therefor has become a large part of my work, allowing me to challenge the levels of flatness that complete an image to which we do not seek to look into further.

Finding a balance between this digital and a physical reality is hugely important to my practice. The evident materiality throughout, questions the changeable state of the digital. How secure and reliable is this function of daily life?
